Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use friee.pl, contact us, or install and use the Friee.pl Importer Shopify app.
Who provides the service
The service is provided by Arched Trading Ltd t/a friee.pl, 43 Stratton Way, Biggleswade, Bedfordshire, SG18 0NS, United Kingdom. Telephone: +44 7933 353101.
Using friee.pl
You must use friee.pl and any connected app lawfully and in line with these terms, Shopify platform terms, and any separate written agreement between you and us. You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to connect a store, account, or business to the service.
Shopify app
The Friee.pl Importer app connects a Shopify store to friee.pl so that configured order, fulfilment, inventory, location, product, and tracking workflows can run. The app depends on Shopify APIs, merchant configuration, granted scopes, network availability, and the data made available by Shopify.
You are responsible for checking app settings before enabling live syncing, including fulfilment location, inventory authority, import filters, customer notification settings, and test mode. You remain responsible for your store, products, orders, tax treatment, customer communications, and compliance with laws that apply to your business.
Accounts and access
You must keep account credentials secure and tell us promptly if you believe an account, token, or integration has been compromised. We may suspend or restrict access where needed to protect the service, comply with law, investigate misuse, or prevent harm to merchants, customers, Shopify, or friee.pl.
Fees and changes
The Friee.pl Importer Shopify app is free to install and use. We do not charge merchants through the app, and the app does not collect payment details. Separate friee.pl service arrangements, if any, are handled outside this Shopify app and do not change the app's free listing. We may update the service, app features, scopes, documentation, or these terms from time to time. Material changes will apply from the date they are posted or the date we otherwise notify you, unless a different date is stated.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the service for unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, or harmful activity;
- interfere with the service, its security, or its availability;
- attempt to access data, accounts, systems, or stores you are not authorised to access;
- reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the service except as permitted by law;
- upload or transmit malware, abusive content, or data you do not have rights to use.
Third-party services
The service may connect to Shopify and other third-party platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, data errors, or platform decisions outside our reasonable control.
Intellectual property
friee.pl, the app, software, documentation, designs, copy, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may use them only as needed to receive the service under these terms. You retain ownership of your business data, store data, and customer data.
Service availability and accuracy
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every Shopify configuration. You should review synced orders, stock, and fulfilment outputs, especially after configuration changes, app updates, or Shopify API changes.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, loss of data, business interruption, or losses caused by incorrect merchant configuration, third-party services, Shopify API behaviour, or events outside our reasonable control.
Ending access
You may stop using the service or uninstall the Shopify app at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, if a connected platform requires it, if required by law, or if continued access creates operational, legal, or security risk.
Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you mandatory rights to use another court.
